Hip Hop With Kindergartners

I had the pleasure of giving a brief lesson on the history of hip hop and lyrics writing workshop to local Kindergarteners. With the slideshow I created below, We talked about influential figures and early pioneers of some of the pillars of Hip Hop. Afterwords, I detailed my involvement in Hip Hop and then they helped me come up with rhymes to complete partial lyrics that I had wrote beforehand. At the end the asked questions and enjoyed a quick dance party to one of my songs.

I loved the opportunity to possibly inspire little kids to engage in something that is a huge part of my life. Working with kids is something that i’m very passionate about so I hope to have more opportunities like this in the future.
